Babies, Cheesecake, and Nordstrom

This little bundle of joy is my newest neice Adalyn Hertig. She is a doll, only weighing in at 6 lbs 14 ozs when born. She now weighs one pound heavier then she did at birth. In this picture she is about 2 weeks old. She is darling. I am glad she has joined our family.

As her proud Aunt!!!

This little tyke, is Olive!! Hasn't she just gotten so big. She will be one, on the 24th of November. She now says dada, and she claps if you say yeah and clap as well. She has a very cute smile, this is only half of it. She is a little leary of me with the camera, I rarely see her living in Logan, and then when I do. I always have my camera.

As you can see, the bag says Nordstrom on it. That is because I took this picture in the bathroom there. I had a little mishap with a piece of cheesecake and my purse.
My friend Stephanie (pictured below with me), and I went to the Olive Garden for the Soup, Salad and Breadsticks! As a dessert I got a peice of heaven. pumpkin cheesecake to go.
I not thinking anything of it, since my purse is big, (the black bag with the purple lining), I put the cheesecake into the bag. We went into nordstrom to look at something. Then we needed a pit stop. I reached into my purse, to grab some lipstick, and I my handcame out sticky and wet!!
The whip cream from the cheesecake, had melted out of the container and into my purse. That is why you see everything out of the purse on the couch.

During the mishap, our feet were both aching since we had on nice shoes, as you can see in the background. So yes, we took our shoes off in the restroom, thinking it wasn't the worst place to do it, would you do this in a Walmart? I had a nice lady take our picture with my camera, after I cleaned it from all the whipped cream.
Some people were probably mortified by this. If it hadn't been the fact that everytime Stephanie and I get together, something unusal happens, I would have been mortified at what we were doing. But then again, Stephanie and I, have always had great fun, and things like melted whipped cream in purses, is one of the least of the things that have happened to us.
